A digital conference installation for 70 participants, each with their own microphone, their own language channel and their own vote. The kind of system an assembly needs when decisions have to be taken in the room and recorded as they are taken.
Microphones and central unit
- 70 table microphones, each with a display for the selected language and a voting button
- Central unit managing all 70 channels: floor control, gain, battery monitoring
- Cardioid condenser capsules, chosen so a full room does not turn into feedback
Interpretation
A language expander carries up to 12 channels at once, fed by professional interpreters with AI-assisted channels alongside them. Three dedicated mini PCs receive and integrate those channels; a fourth handles the videoconference and the live transmission of the session.
Voting
Voting is built into the microphone itself: yes/no, multiple choice or a numeric scale. Results are aggregated instantly and shown as percentages and charts — each vote anonymous, the total public — and can be exported afterwards for the minutes.
Camera
A 4K PTZ camera with automatic speaker tracking follows whoever has the floor, so the recording and the videoconference always show the person talking without anyone operating it.
