HT7000CE digital nurse call console
Microprocessor console for up to 999 rooms, with intercom, a memory of the last ten calls, an alarm output and RS232.
The console that sits at the nurses' station. It receives calls from the rooms, raises the alert and lets staff speak to the patient without walking down — which is what decides whether a ward can be covered by the staff available.

Four common wires for the whole installation. That is what makes it possible to fit the system in a building that is in use: there is no separate cable to run to each room.
The memory of the last ten calls solves the most awkward case: two calls almost at once with one person on duty. The second one is not lost.
The RS232 output allows the system to be integrated with the site's management software. If response times have to be logged, it is worth planning for from the start.
