Compatible systems
Philips infrared, Bosch digital infrared, Sony loop and UHF radio interpretation. If the venue already has an installation, the usual approach is to extend it rather than set up a second one alongside.
We hold an ATA carnet for installations outside the European Union. It is the document that lets the equipment leave and return without paying duty, and without it a congress outside the EU gets very complicated.
To quote we need the dates, the venue, how many languages and how many delegates. If interpreters are already engaged, it is worth talking to them: they usually have booth requirements.
