Supply of 500 Infoport devices for guided tours at the Andalusia pavilion during FITUR 2025.
The Andalusian Regional Government's Tourism Department contracted our Infoport audio guide services for guided tours organised in their pavilion during FITUR 2025, Spain's most important international tourism fair.
We provided 500 Infoport receivers with disposable earphones, 15 guide transmitters and a 4-person technical team for the 5 fair days to manage equipment delivery, collection and charging logistics.
Results
Over 120 guided tours were conducted with an average of 35 participants each. Equipment maintained 100% availability throughout the fair and the Department rated the service with the highest score in their supplier evaluation.
